   Yes, that’s what we did! get them at BestBuy! and works pretty well. . . we moved from Denver to Miami! so dont constantly have to make and use our cell phones. . . are on sale this week at Best Buy. . . . for 19. 99 to 5 mile range! or 59. 99 to 10 mile range. . .

   any real working walkie talkie ass while cars are not more than 2 blocks away while driving

   Probably the best thing would be a pair of FRS hand-helds. They are cheap, reliable communications and often provide quite good. They claim up to a mile, and sometimes do that, but you can usually count on 1 / 2 mile or more.
